Just visualise,
A school gives over and half an hour before the giving off time ,parents start parking their vehicles to pick up their wards,the engines remain on as they feel comfortable sitting in their air conditioned cars,and then the school bell rings and apart from the commotion of innumerable vehicles blaring horns can be heard too.
This is a common sight.
Can something genuinely be done to change it?
is it enough to make the parents understand that this all needs to change or should a rule be made and implemented to change the above situation.
